Designed for those who want to live in Bodrum year-round: Casa Berta.

Casa Berta is located in Çırkan, a distinguished neighborhood where quality projects are taking shape. We designed it with the Bodrum Peninsula's growing need for homes suited to year-round living in mind.

The project is located on adjoining block 241, parcels 5, 6, and 7 in Çırkan, Bodrum, Muğla. It consists of 10 independent units with condominium easement title deeds, one block on each parcel; total gross usable area is 1,382 m².

The project is approximately 80% complete, with targeted delivery on June 30, 2026. Along the upper road, there is parking for 12 vehicles in total, including guest parking; three sides of the project face green space.
